This Privacy Policy explains how Inmassat Global Network Company (“Inmassat”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) collects, uses, and protects your information when you use the Inmassat Academy mobile application (the “App”) and the related services available at https://inmassat.com/academy (together, the “Services”). The App provides access to the Inmassat Academy learning platform, including bootcamp courses and live streaming classes.

Information We Collect

We collect the following information so you can use the Services:

• Account information. When you create an account or sign in, we collect your name, email address, and the password you set.
• Learning activity. Information about the courses you access and your progress, so we can deliver and track your learning.
• Camera and microphone. If you choose to take part in a live streaming class, the App requests access to your device’s camera and microphone to broadcast and receive audio and video in real time. The App does not access your camera or microphone in the background, and only does so while you are using a live class feature.
• Device and log information. Basic technical information (such as app version and general diagnostics) that helps us keep the App working and secure.
• Cookies and local storage. The App displays our website inside a secure in-app browser (WebView) and uses cookies and local storage to keep you signed in and remember your preferences.

We do not collect your location. The App does not request or use GPS or precise/approximate location data. The App does not contain third-party advertising.

How We Use Your Information

• To create and manage your account and authenticate you.
• To provide course content and live streaming classes.
• To track and display your learning progress.
• To operate, maintain, secure, and improve the Services.
• To communicate with you about your account or the Services.

All communication between the App and our servers is encrypted in transit using HTTPS. We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We keep your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Services, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.

You can revoke camera and microphone permissions at any time in your device settings; some live class features may then be unavailable.
